You can buy drinks in japan that contain nicotine, caffeine and every other `ine` you can think of and then we spotted one that you get a free pill with too. Mental!

I just found out that apparently it’s not nicotine in these drinks, but nicotinamide, which is another name for vitamin b3.
I was disappointed.
